Our league is all about bringing adults together for fun, fitness, and great memories on and off the field. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking to lace up your cleats again, this is your chance to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the game we all love in a relaxed, social environment.

Designed for players 18 and older who have completed their youth eligibility, our coed league welcomes all skill levels—no experience required, just a good attitude and a love for soccer!

Currently, games are scheduled to begin on June 3rd.  Games are scheduled to be played on Wednesday and/or Sunday evenings between 7:00–9:00 PM. There are no formal practices—just show up, play hard, and have fun. (We’re also working on expanding the program, so stay tuned!)

The season includes 12 league games followed by a single-elimination playoff to crown our champions. Games are played 8v8 (including a goalkeeper) on a 75 x 50 yard field—fast-paced, fun, and perfect for all levels.

All FIFA rules and US Soccer Referee Abuse Prevention Penalties will apply with the following exceptions:

• No slide tackles
• SLIDING: In the Adult Recreational Leagues, a slide by a field player that does not impact another player will result in a foul resulting in a change of possession/ indirect kick. A “field player” is defined as any player that is not the Goalie; however, if the Goalie ventures outside of the 18, the Goalie would be considered a field player at that moment.
• No Punting
• Unlimited substitution on goal kicks and throw-ins
• Flat wedding bands may be worn – no other jewelry allowed
• When a field player receives a yellow card, they must leave the field and can be replaced by a substitute (does not apply to goalkeeper). That player can re-enter the game at the next goal kick or throw-in
• When a field player or goalie violates the SSC Code of Conduct, they will be removed from the field by a SSC Manager, without stoppage of play and without substitution until the next goal kick or throw-in.
• Aggressive or Violent play or behavior during SSC events is not tolerated and will render a Player to be ineligible to play with SSC
• Threatening, Insulting, or Abusive language or behavior toward other SSC members is not tolerated and will render a Player to be ineligible to play with SSC.
